It started!

In my previous post I wrote that I suspected the glowplugs to be faulty, but they were OK. The problem was air in the fuel lines. Last time I tried to bleed it using the lever on the lift pump as the manual says, but then I only got a very weak stream of diesel from the bleed screw. Today I tried cranking the engine instead. Since I work alone most of the time I have put together a remote starter button that connects to the starter so I can run it from the engine bay, quite practical :-) Anyway, after bleeding it the engine started.
